Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy

 

Notify us on hello@hydewear.com if you receive a damaged/tampered product within 24 hours along with photographs.

A reverse pickup will be arranged in case of a damage and the product will be replaced within 5 business days upon receiving the damaged piece.

For Returns & Exchange, ship the product back within 5 days of receiving the product to the provided address.

All Hyde wear must be in its original condition, with original boxes and pouches.

Refunds come as store credit.

You can exchange your pair for another pair of the same value.

 

No exchanges or store credit after the 5-day period.
